Analyzing The Impact Of Sleep Quality On Cognitive Abilities Using Game-Based Assessment
Mental ability, which is the core of the learning process, is under the effect of different lifestyle factors like sleep quality. Prior research has explored the general relationship between sleep and various physical and mental abilities, including its impact on memory consolidation, problem-solving, and emotional regulation. This study investigates the impact of sleep quality on cognitive performance across some specific cognitive domains. Our main goal is to find the relation between the sleep quality and task performance, followed by analytical consideration, lead to predict cognitive outcomes. This research integrates quantitative analysis of sleep and performance data collected from Health Watch with assessments of cognitive tasks. Participants' sleep quality was monitored and analyzed using personal data collection tools, providing a comprehensive dataset for examining the subtle nuances of sleep's impact on cognitive tasks. The findings reveal a correlation between sleep quality and performance in memory, speed, and language games, which were used to measure participants’ cognitive abilities related to the respective tasks. These findings underscore the potential for personalized sleep strategies to enhance cognitive performance. This research expands possibilities for improving cognitive strategies through better sleep practices, offering valuable guidance for educators, students, and cognitive scientists in tailoring sleep and performance interventions.roident, sunt in culpa qui officia deserunt mollit anim id est laborum.
